DELIVERY

Insurance is included for all our deliveries, our aim is to dispatch within two working days of receipt of cleared payment,  unless specified differently. International customers will need to pay via PayPal with a confirmed address

GUARANTEE

I examine all the items I sell and provide a full and accurate description with quality photographs so you know exactly  what you will receive. The goods will be dispatched well packed to avoid the risk of damage in transit. If you do have any problems at all please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any query you may have. I accept returns provided I am contacted within 7 days, return postage will be paid by the buyer and refunds will exclude any postage costs.

PAYMENT

We accept Credit and debit cards via PayPal. In all circumstances goods will only be dispatched when the payment is  fully cleared. In the event an item is not available and the payment has been automatically processed, we will refund any monies paid.
